A list of boring things I’ve done at home in isolation Image

Slept.

Cleaned my fridge and freezer. And cutlery drawers.

Threw out all my spices. They expired three years ago.

Vacuumed. Often.

Read.

Cried.

Listened to many records.

Laundry.

Dishes.

Cooking. Resorting to bread. Peak boredom.

Online shopping: a bread knife; a pasta spoon; a knife sharpener; 2 meditation candles, one tall, one wide; meditation incense; shoes to replace the pairs I can’t find; a black silk nightie; a black lace bra; a book: the 5 regrets of the dying.

Home workouts. Ugh, who am I.

Writing.

Meditating.

Wim Hof breathing.

Signed up to an online course at Yale: The Science of Happiness.

Agreed to 21 days of abundance meditation.

Watered plants.

Zoomed too many times.

Watched an overrated series.

Stared at the moon.
