i met a boy who wore a badge that said “fuck tony abbott”

his mind was drifted, he was up in the clouds

he crossed the road without looking and stuck his finger up at any on coming cars

i still saw the good in him

i met a boy who laughed at my religion

who disagreed with everything i said

but he thought i was cool

so i stayed and chose to see only the good in him

i met a boy who never hung out with me

he said he would

i told him i completely understood

he was just busy

he hung out with other girls

i saw the good in him and stayed

i met a boy who kissed a girl in front of me

he talked mean things about me to his friends

i tried to see the good in him
