Across the universe

I am bored.
Bored of missing them and waking up feeling sad
Bored of people picking through what’s not theirs to pick
Bored of making myself clear and still not being heard
Bored of the process of getting ready every day
Bored of lecture readings
Bored of people caring about what someone wants to do with their life
Bored of people who are close-minded
Bored of my childhood town
Bored of my hair
Bored of pasta making you gain weight
Bored of feeling like this: Bored.
So I guess I’ll do something about it.
