The body mentally becomes wounded,
Broken and torn apart daily,
Almost as though it is a necessary process
Allowing a flow of disgust to pour from the body,
In response to the need to release,
A painful yet healing process
The body must be ruptured mentally,
This is the only way to catalyse repair,
But when it is though, the receiver becomes new,
Like a butterfly emerging from a cocoon
This process of destruction and rebirth,
Is beautiful but deadly,
As we consistently destroy ourselves to become someone new
